Fall 2019 Deadlines

Friday, September 13, 3 pm
FINAL DEADLINE for you to add H196A or H196B to your class schedule on CalCentral, so be sure all your paperwork has been filled out and you've come into the UAO before 3 pm to get your course control number!
TBD  MCB Honors Welcome Reception - Location TBD. For MCB seniors enrolled in MCB H196A/B only.

Abstract deadline for poster session presenters (Fall MCB H196B only). Due to the UAO by 3 pm.
Friday, November 22
3-5 pm, Fall Senior Research Poster Session, Onderdonk Lobby, VLSB - presenters must arrive by 2:45 pm. (Fall MCB H196B only)
Friday, December 20, 12 pm
Honors Thesis Approval Form due to Clara Ng-Quinn, 3060 VLSB (Fall MCB H196B only)

Spring 2019 Deadlines

Registration opened for honors symposia and the poster session.

Application deadline for symposium and poster session. Applications must be submitted online by 3 pm.

Monday, March 23 The UAO will inform all of you who considered for the symposia the results. Those of you who are not selected for the symposium will present at the Honors Poster Session, April 12.

Friday, April 10 3-5 pm, Honors Research Poster Session. Li Ka Shing 1st and 2nd floor lobbies. Presenters must arrive at Li Ka Shing lobby by 2:45pm.

Biochemistry & Molecular Biology Symposium presenters must have submitted & tested presentation in the UAO. Bring it to the office on a memory stick (PowerPoint of Keynote only) during your appointment.

Friday, May 8
Final recommended deadline to turn in your completed thesis to your PI and your MCB faculty sponsor. Note that you do not need to turn in a copy to the UAO.
