Several UC Berkeley undergraduate researchers from a variety of programs, including MCB and Neuroscience, share stories about their research projects and explain how important their research has been in shaping their experiences here at UC Berkeley.

“It has been life-changing, being given a chance to take part in and be apart of endeavors that are essentially creating new knowledge — it’s just been a great privilege,” says Ifechukwu Okeke, a Neuroscience undergraduate researcher.

MCB Assistant Professor Gloria Brar is also featured, where she cites her laboratory experience as a UC Berkeley undergraduate as an integral part of her pursuance of a career in research.
