Two MCB faculty members have recently been named winners of Graduate Division's 2023 Mentoring Awards. Professor of Cell Biology, Development and Physiology Diana Bautista has received the 2023 Graduate Assembly Faculty Mentor Award and Professor (Affiliated) of Cell Biology, Development and Physiology Daniel Fletcher has received the 2023 Carol D. Soc Distinguished Graduate Student Mentoring Awards - Late-Career Faculty Winner. The award recipients have demonstrated an outstanding commitment to helping UC Berkeley graduate students to succeed academically, professionally, and personally. Bautista and Fletcher, along with other recipients, will be honored at a reception on Wednesday, April 26 from 5:00 – 7:00 p.m. at the Toll Room of the Alumni House.
