Q. What aspects of your MCB degree program best helped you prepare for your career?
A. The opportunities to do additional activities such as the Berkeley Science Review and the Science Policy Group to hone my non-academic science communications skills.
Q. How did you decide on your current career path?
A. I decided I didn't want to pursue an academic career or do bench research after my PhD. Instead I looked for a career where I could apply the skills I had gained in science communication, both written, verbal, and visual.
Q. Share your favorite Berkeley lunch place, coffee shop, landmark study spot...etc.
A. Too many to list! La Mission for excellent Mexican food. Strawberry Creek Park for studying while having a picnic.
