Heterochromatin dynamics in Saccharomyces cerevisiae
Division of Genetics, Genomics and Development - Heterochromatin dynamics in Saccharomyces cerevisiae

Each colony of 10 million cells experienced transient and heritable disruptions of heterochromatic silencing of the GFP gene.  The patterns from various mutants reflect the contributions of different chromatin proteins to the dynamics of this chromatin structure.
