How do Tregs get into tumors?  Where do they come from?  Do they ever leave?  Who do they interact with in tumors?  How do they regulate dendritic cells locally in the tumor, or do they regulate dendritic cells elsewhere too? These are the things that interest me, unlike my old job in the lab.  Although, maybe it's related? I mean, where does all the clean dishware come from that gets used in our lab?  Where does it go after I put it into the dirty bin?  Who interacts with the dirty and clean glassware?  It used to be me!, but now?  Ah, I'm letting my thoughts run wild, but I like it!
