 Hi fellow MCB postdocs,
Please join us for PDLC on April 13 with Professor Jacob Corn (MCB/IGI, UC Berkeley), Dustin Dovala (Novartis) and Marissa Matsumoto (Genentech). They will explain what a career in the scientific industry involves and share their experiences of how it differs from academic science and how to apply for positions. As usual, there will be (free) lunch and the enjoyable company of your fellow postdocs! NOTE the room change to LSA 177.

PDLC is a great opportunity to get to know and network with your fellow MCB postdocs and to learn and discuss about topics relevant for you and your career inside and outside academia in an informal environment with FREE lunch. We usually have one or two guest speakers, who share their insider knowledge on a given topic ranging from the grant and faculty applications, to different career paths in industry and consulting. This is a great opportunity for postdocs to learn more about the MCB department and get in touch with faculty.

Looking forward to seeing you on Friday April 13th!
