Fall 2012 Deadlines
| September 21 | FINAL DEADLINE for you to add H196A or H196B to your class schedule on Tele-BEARS, so be sure all your paperwork has been filled out and you've come into the UAO before 3 pm to get your course control number! |
| November 8 | Workshop: "Writing your Honors Thesis." 5-6pm in 3053 VLSB. |
| November 9 | Abstract deadline for poster session presenters. Due to the UAO by 3pm. |
| November 16 | 3-5 pm, Honors Poster Session - presenters must arrive by 2:30 pm. Location VLSB, Onderdonk Lobby (by Micro Yalis). |
| December 14 | Honors Thesis Approval Form due to Anwar Thomas, 3060 VLSB. |

| March 18 | Application deadline for symposium and poster session. Due to UAO by noon. Applications must be submitted online. |

WORKSHOP: How to Write Your Honors Thesis 5-6pm, 125 Li Ka Shing, Professor Robert Beatty |
| April 1 | The UAO will inform all of you who considered for the symposia the results. Those of you who are not selected for the symposium will present at the Honors Poster Session, April 19. |
| April 19 | 3-5 pm, Honors Poster Session - those of you presenting must arrive at the Alumni House by 2:30 pm |
| April 19 | Immunology & Pathogenesis and Cell & Developmental Biology Symposium presenters must have submitted & tested presentation in the UAO. Bring it to the office on a memory stick (PowerPoint or Keynote only) by noon (we'll be closed all afternoon for the Poster Session). |
| April 22 | BMB only - If you are presenting at the BMB symposium, you must turn in a draft of your thesis by 12 pm. |
| April 22 | Biochemistry & Molecular Biology; Genetics, Genomics, & Development; and Neurobiology. Presenters must submit & test presentation in the UAO by 4pm. Bring the presentation on a memory stick in Powerpoint or KeyNote format only. |
| April 23 | 4 pm, Immunology Symposium, 101 LSA |
| April 24 | 12:30 pm, Cell & Developmental Biology Symposium, 101 LSA |
| April 24 | 4 pm, Genetics, Genomics & Development Symposium, 101 LSA |
