# BMB Track 2 = Biological Chemistry. NOTE: A simultaneous degree in Chemical Biology and Biological Chemistry will not be permitted by the Department of Molecular & Cell Biology.
## Immunology Track 2 = Infectious Disease Immunology
**MCB 111 is strongly encouraged for BMB, track 2 students, but other courses such as 130 or 140 can be substituted with faculty advisor approval.
 

Notes

  • MCB C100A must be taken before 110.
  • In cases where two or more courses are listed separated by a / you must take one of them.
  • Historically, the BMB, GG&D and IMMUNO tracks were referred to as Plan 1 and CDB and NEURO as Plan 2.
