Notes on Installing ApE's Default_Features.txt file

In XP, Default_features.txt goes in the folder, C:\Documents and Settings\user_name\Application Data\Ape\Features.

In Vista, Default_features.txt goes in the folder, C:\Users\user_name\AppData\Roaming\Ape\Features.

Additional features may be added, following the format in the Default_Features.txt file.
