G418 plates (final conc. G418 - 200 µg/ml)

1) 200ml 2X YEP
2) 50 ml 20% dextrose
3) 100 mg Geneticin (G418 sulfate, Invitrogen Gibco 11811-031
4) Mix 2, 3 and 4
5) Melt 1 bottle of 4% agar (250ml) in microwave
6) Mix 4 and 5 and pour.
