Clonat plates (final conc.Clonat - 100 µg/ml)

1) 200ml 2X YEP

2) 50 ml 20% dextros

3) 250 µl of 200 mg/ml clonat stock solution*

4) Mix 2, 3 and 4

5) Melt 1 bottle of 4% agar (250ml) in microwave

6) Mix 4 and 5 and pour.
