Research Opportunities
modENCODE Project
We are currently looking for a student, research associate, or postdoctoral researcher to participate in our highly collaborative modENCODE project. This project aims to map and analyze the genomic distributions of key regulators of chromosome structure and function in
C. elegans. A description of the project can
be found here. Prior experience with
C. elegans, chromatin immunoprecipitation, or bioinformatic analysis of
genomic data would be an asset to this effort.
