Full Plate Submission

We can also sequence samples submitted in a full plate.  Prices are:

• $228 per plate for all UC labs
• $245.08 for affiliated labs (LBNL and CHORI)
• $328.84 per plate for external labs


We prefer samples to be submitted in a specific type of plate:

• Catalog#: 4ti-0770/c
• Description: FrameStar 96, semi-skirted

• If you are on campus, please stop by 310 Barker and we are happy to provide the plates for free of charge.
• If you are shipping full plates, please use very tight strip caps.

Please keep well A1 empty for our positive control.

When submitting your samples in a plate, total volume per well should be 6µl that includes:

• 250ng DNA/5kb double stranded plasmid + 1.6 pmol primer
• Or 50ng/1000 bp PCR product + 0.4 pmol primer 

Pease fill out the "Full Plate Sequencing" order form and e-mail us a copy and print a copy to include with your plate. 

When filling out the form, please keep the following in mind:

• Sample names may not have spaces and only include the following punctuation: -+.(){}_
• Sample names may be up to 35 characters long.
• Please include a unique plate name or barcode on the order form that corresponds to your plate.  If you are using a plate name, please write it on the side of the plate.
